This moisture trap contains a spring loaded check valve seal when a filter is removed and open only when a new filter has been locked in. There is no need for loosening and tightening fittings every time a trap is changed and your system will remain uncontaminated during the process.

The glass indicating trap clearly shows when the filter needs to be replaced with the use of color changes. The packing material is a silica-based environmentally friendly substitute for cobalt dioxide (blue) in the moisture indicator. Available as a kit with the necessary 1/8 brass connectors, and as a replacement trap, this system is easy to install.

Liquid efficiency ratings are 98% of retention of particles of noted size; gas efficiency ratings are percentage retention of 0.01µm particles. Max differential pressure for all filters is 40 psi (60 psi for 0.01 µm units).

Grainger SPEEDAIRE Filter Regulator, 1/4 in NPT
The Speedaire 1/4 in. NPT Filter Regulator is a combination filter and pressure regulator designed to remove dirt, pipe scale, and water from compressed air in industrial compressed air systems. It features a die-cast aluminum body construction with 1/4 in. NPT inlet and outlet ports. The filter element is rated for 40 micron filtration. The pressure regulator is adjustable from 0-125 psi. This filter regulator unit provides both particle removal and pressure regulation in one compact unit. It is suitable for point-of-use installation in industrial compressed air systems.
