Method transfer kits are designed to preserve the integrity of a separation as it is transferred between UPLC and HPLC platforms. Based on the concept of maintaining column length [L] to particle size [dp] ratio [L/dp], these kits provide a UPLC column with an HPLC column of equivalent selectivity and resolving power. Using the columns calculator, methods can be fully transferred from HPLC to UPLC or from UPLC to HPLC.

Purity™ Cartridges are superior because they're packed with Premium Rf™ C18 Spherical Silica Gel. The porosity is 100A, particle distribution is 20-45um, bed mass is 33g, and quantity is 1 per pack. Our packing technique and Premium Rf's narrow particle distribution results in a uniform packed bed. The benefits are no channeling, higher resolution, decrease in backpressure, faster flow, and faster run time. Additionally, the small pore volume allows for more silica gel per column volume leading to greater loadability and less solvent use. Finally, the high purity silica gel (minimal surface metals) reduces mixed-mode interactions (no peak tailing or resolution loss). The polypropylene cartridge has standard luer-lock end fittings and is spin-welded (leak-free) allowing higher pressures up to 400 psi. The cartridges are compatible with all flash chromatography systems.
