MAC-MOD Chiral HPLC, UHPLC and SFC Chiral Columns are an exciting range of Amylose or Cellulose coated Reversed-Phase or Normal Phase columns proud to be manufactured in the USA. These columns should be your first choice when scouting new selectivity options to improve resolution of racemic enantiomeric mixtures. MAC-MOD Chiral columns offer a wide range of novel chiral selectors as well as similar chiral selectors to industry standard chiral columns. However, all chemistries should be tried to ensure proper screening of chiral selectors due to proprietary silica manufacturing and packing mehtods that may still deliver increased resolution to industry standard comparisons.

Mac-Mod Fortis BIO C8, 300 Å, 3 µm, .15 x 100 mm HPLC Column
Fortis-BIO columns are manufactured with 300 A fully porous silica particles specifically designed for the retention and resolution of Peptide and Protein analyte types. C18 and C4 bonded phases are available on 1.7 and 5 um particle sizes for HPLC and UHPLC method development. Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Å Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 Å Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil).
