Evosphere UHPLC and HPLC columns are 100 A Monodispersed Fully Porous Silica-based columns designed to combine the benefits of Fully Porous and Core-Shell particle technology into an improved particle design and morphology that brings cutting-edge loading capacity to ultra-high-resolution particle columns. The Monodispersed Particles provide similar efficiency to Core-Shell products when comparing them directly via particle size matching and significantly increase loadability which allows ultra-high resolution analytical separations to scale to preparative separations for isolation work if needed. The bonded phase chemistries are exciting as well to maximize selectivity with novel C12 bonded phase, 2 multi-modal C18/AR, and C18/PFP bonded phases, an extended and stabilized phenyl funtionality in the Diphenyl bonded phase, a polar endcapped AQUA phase, a Phenyl-Hexyl phase, a propyl PFP phase and the RP18-Amide bonded phases which is great for doing bases at low pH.

Avantor ACE HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 A Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs. Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (including C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-HL, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil) - Note C18-HL is 95 A. Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in 3, 5 and 10 um particle sizes and a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including nano, capillary, microbore, analytical, semi-preparative and preparative formats. Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column Carbomix Na-NP5, 8% Crosslinkage, 7.8 x 100 mm
Carbomix phases are composed of spherical, low cross-linking polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with their surfaces modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H), followed by chelating of metal ions of calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+) or potassium (K+) to form Carbomix Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, K-NP phases, respectively. The PS/DVB support has cross-linking degree of 5%, 8% and 10% with the particle sizes of 5 and 10 µm. The uniform particle size adds the benefit of high separation efficiency to Carbomix. Carbomix resins have been specifically designed for high resolution separation of carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, and nucleic acids.
