This 2.0 M Hexylammonium Acetate solution is an HPLC grade buffer designed for ion-pairing reversed-phase HPLC (RP-HPLC) applications. It maintains a neutral pH of 7, ensuring compatibility with various analytical methods. With its strong interaction with reversed-phase resins, this concentrated buffer facilitates excellent separation based on oligonucleotide length, making it ideal for the analysis and purification of DMT-OFF oligonucleotides. The solution can be diluted twenty-fold to achieve a working concentration of 0.1 M, providing versatility in laboratory applications.
