Coating Buffer is offered with a pH of 7.4, based on PBS, or 9.6, based on carbonate. For the optimization of the coating procedure of a newly developed immunoassay, we strongly recommend testing the two Coating Buffers side by side. Depending on the type of surface and the type of proteins or antibodies, the required incubation time can vary.
