3-D Life 10x CB-Buffer (pH 5.5), buffer component for fast-gelling 3-D Life Hydrogels (600 ul). INTRO: 3-D Life technology, manufactured in Germany by Cellendes GmbH, is an integrated system for the generation of biomimetic hydrogels used in 3D cell culture. 3-D Life represents the most flexible system for biomimetic hydrogel design. DESCRIPTION: 3-D Life 10x CB-Buffer (pH 5.5) is a 10x concentrated salt and buffer solution which is diluted to physiological strength when used in the 3-D Life system. It is used for the formation of fast gelling hydrogels where it provides a cell environment at pH 5.5, which is compatible with most cell types. In conjunction with 3-D Life 10x CB-Buffer (pH 7.2) it is used to generate pHs of intermediate values to modify the gelation kinetics of fast gelling gels. APPLICATION: Used with other components of the 3-D Life Hydrogel System to establish 3D cell cultures. QUANTITY: 600 µl. Sufficient for at least 6 ml 3-D Life Hydrogel.

DESCRIPTION: In normal whole-blood, erythrocyte concentration is 1000x higher than leukocyte concentration, making erythrocytes an impediment to investigation or analysis of leucocytes. Erythrolyse, or red blood cell lysing buffer is intended for the lysis of red blood cells in samples with white blood cells as for example EDTA-/citrate/heparin-treated whole-blood, Buffy Coats (PBMCs, leucocyte films), and bone marrow. This buffer contains ammonium chloride, which lyses red cells, with minimal effect on lymphocytes when used as instructed. Nucleated red cells are not effectively lysed with ammonium chloride. COMPOSITION: Contains ammonium chloride, potassium hydrogencarbonate, and EDTA. Erythrocyte Lysis Buffer (1x) is sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and contains no fixative and no preservatives.
