Safely sterilizes loops and needles by infrared heat
The BactiZapper utilizes infrared heat to incinerate organic material deep within the ceramic funnel. Sterilization takes only 5 to 7 seconds at optimum sterilizing temperature of 1500°F. Unit can be used in anaerobic chambers

The Bacti-Cinerator IV sterilizes by infrared heat (Heater Element contains no asbestos) and prevents infectious spatter and/or cross contamination. Organic material is incinerated deep inside the ceramic tunnel. To use, simply insert loop or needle into the tunnel. Complete sterilization takes only 5 to 7 seconds at optimum sterilizing temperature of 1,500 degree F. There is no need to wait for the loops or needles to turn red.
Unit does not require oxygen so it can be used in anaerobic chambers. Safeguard laboratory personnel with no open flame and no hazardous gas. UL approved.
The BactiZapper has an asbestos-free core element that uses infrared heating to produce 815 degree C (1500 degree F) and completely sterilizes microorganisms in 5-7 seconds. Uses well-proven technology to provide instant sterilization of platinum inoculating loops, needles, glass tube/pipette mouths and various metal & borosilicate glass instruments used in quality control and research. It also has a lower temperature setting (500 degree C) that can be used as a "standby" and extends usable life.
The ceramic heating element is safely enclosed in a perforated stainless steel guard chamber, protecting users from accidental contact with the extreme temperatures of the core area. It is extremely compact, convenient and can be used in anaerobic and aerobic chambers.
