Electron Microscopy Sciences DiATOME Histo Cryo Diamond Knife Exchange Wet 6.0 mm
These diamond knives are for use at cryo temperatures. The knives have a 45 degree angle and section thickness range 0.2 - 5 micron. The histo-cryo knives are delivered in boats for wet cryo sectioning and triangular holders for dry cryo sectioning, made of a special copper/nickel alloy, which guarantees the best heat/cold transmission. Exchange any diamond knife for a new DiATOME Histo Cryo Diamond Knife. It does not matter what size or boat style that is traded in.

These high quality substrates are coated with 500 Angstroms (50 nm) of silver, with a thin titanium adhesion layer (2-7 nm) between the glass and silver coating. All substrates are pre-cleaned using an ion source for quality assurance. Autoclavable. Packed in a cleanroom. Shipped in X0 Gel-Pak.
