EcoMount is a fast-drying, optically clear, permanent mounting medium. This polymer-based mounting medium does not contain hazardous reagents such as xylene, toluene or benzene as its base solvent. EcoMount is designed especially for the permanent preservation of horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase and Qdot (quantum dot nanocrystals) immunofluorescent techniques. EcoMount permits longterm storage of slides with chromogens such as Warp Red, Vulcan Fast Red and Ferangi Blue. It can also be used with DAB and other non-soluble chromogens. EcoMount dries quickly and retains excellent refractivity. EcoMount is compatible for use on automatic coverslipping machines.

Such samples include cell smears, with peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase chromogens. This mounting medium preserves Fast Red, Aminoethylycarbazole (AEC), NBT/BCIP, INT/BCIP chromogens and is also compatible with counter-stain such as Hematoxylin and Nuclear Fast Red. It is also suitable for chromogens like DAB and DAB with Nickel and Cobalt. It is not compatible with H and E staining. Application: Mounting of Immunohisto slides.
Electron Microscopy Sciences JB-4™ Embedding Kit 1 GR
A water soluble embedding media which is based on Glycol Methacrylate (GMA) plastic embedding. It is intended for use in preparing samples for high resolution microscopes (HRLM). The catalyzed monomer acts as a dehydration and infiltration agent; therefore, complete dehydration through 100% ethanol is not necessary (although recommended for large or dense tissues). Conventional paraffin sections have a greater degree of shrinkage and produce inadequate morphology when compared to JB-4. Kit includes 800 ml Solution A, 30 ml Solution B, 12 g catalyst.

This mounting medium is made with limonene, a natural product from orange peels. It preserves tissues and cell smears that can be dehydrated with organic solvents in immunohistochemistry, e.g. DAB and DAB with nickel or cobalt. Our Limonene-Mount also works well with alkaline phosphatase chromogens, and organic solvent resistant Supper Fast Red. It is also a good choice for mounting H and E stained slides. Electron Microscopy Sciences EUKITT UV-R Low-Viscosity Mounting Medium 100 ML
EUKITT UV mounting medium has all the well-known beneficial properties of the EUKITT mountants. EUKITT UV does not contain any solvents, therefore only 50% of the usual amount is needed compared to conventional systems. While using EUKITT UV almost no shrinkage can be detected.
The mounting medium may be used on tissue sections in non-polar solvents such as xylene or xylene substitutes as well as directly on sections in pure alcohols (EtOH, iPrOH, etc.).
The viscosity is very user-friendly. After being applied to the tissue, the cover glass can be placed as usual. Subsequently, a transfer break of at least 120 sec. is maintained prior to irradiation in order to ensure an ideal penetration into the tissue.
When using the specially tuned LED CCFL UV curing machine EUKITT UV cures in just 30 seconds.

Newcomer Supply Permaslip Mounting Medium is reliable and easy-to-use with excellent results as a standard mounting medium product or as a liquid coverslip (coverglass free) mounting medium. It is a clear acrylic medium that is fast drying. Permaslip Mounting Medium can also be used in tissue/cell transfer procedures to transfer tissue sections or cell preparations from a prepared microscopic slide when specimen availability is limited and additional diagnostic workup is necessary. SuperMount is compatible with most chromogens commonly used in immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization including AEC, DAB, Fast Red, New Fuchsin, and BCIP/NBT. SuperMount is also compatible with specimens stained with fluorescent dyes, including rhodamine, fluorescein, Texas Red, and even with phycoerythrin and its related derivatives such as phycocyanin and allophycocyanin. SuperMount can also, be used for the mounting of special stain such as Fat Stain. Oil Red O. Electron Microscopy Sciences CytoSeal 60, 4 oz
Premium quality; formulated from the highest quality advanced acrylic resin. It will not become brittle and crack, nor will it discolor or yellow with age. CytoSeal dries rapidly, allowing examination soon after application. It can be used with oil immersion objectives and in fluorescent procedures. Slides will not stick together and the medium will not "cold flow" to the edge of the slide during long term storage. CytoSeal can be dissolved in toluene or xylene. An antioxidant has been added to the formulation to prevent fading of slides. CytoSeal comes in a Controlled Drop Dispenser, with varying viscosities. CytoSeal 60, which has a viscosity of 60cps, is intended primarily for use with cover glass.

CC/Mount is an aqueous mounting medium with very high refractive index. When applied to the stained tissue sections, specimens can be permanently mounted without chromogens fading. Due to the superior refractive index of CC/Mount, tissues mounted in this medium look like dehydrated specimens. No coverslipping is required with CC/Mount. However, if coverslipping is desired, dried CC/Mount can be post-mounted by using an organic based mounting medium. Advantages of CC/Mount are numerous: no coverslip, no exposure to the organic fumes, permanent storage of slides and high resolution of tissue specimens. CC/Mount is compatible with chromogens lik AEC, DAB, Fast Red, BCIP/NBT, BCIP/INT and fluorescent dyes like FITC and phycobiliproteins.
