Hot-Start Taq Mastermix™ is the heat activated version of Denville's 2X, ready to go reaction mixture. It is inactive at room temperature and only requires addition of template, primers, and water. A 5 minute pre-heat step at 95ÝC is required to successfully carry out primer extensions. The Blue version contains a non-toxic, non-hazardous inert blue dye, which allows users to ensure adequate mixing and acts as a loading buffer following completion of the PCR reaction. Prices are based on 50ul reactions.

The innate immune system of vertebrates has the ability to recognize CpG motifs in microbial DNA via the Toll-like receptor (TLR) 9 if the CpG ODN were free of additional immune stimulatory contaminants often present in synthetic commercial CpG ODN preparations designed for molecular biology applications (i.e. PCR).

The Aurora Biolabs KRAS WT c-RAF Binding Assay Kit is a TR-FRET based assay used to quantify binding between active KRAS WT and the Ras Binding Domain (RBD) of c-RAF. The KRAS protein is preloaded with GTP and recognized by a terbium-labeled anti-Tag2 antibody (HTRF donor), while the c-RAF-RBD is labeled with a fluorescent acceptor. Upon binding, FRET occurs and emission at 665nm is measured. This assay provides a robust method for screening inhibitors that block KRAS effector interactions. Ideal for oncology research and drug discovery, each kit contains reagents for 384 reactions.
