PP consists of paraffin tissue sections of primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue; PM consists of paraffin tissue sections of primary tumor and corresponding metastatic tumor. Paraffin tissue sections in each pair are prepared from the same donor. This product line is ideal for localization of tumor- specific genes and tumor metastatic genes.

The PathHunter OX40 Checkpoint Signaling cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting signaling checkpoints. This cell line enables assessment of OX40 induced non-canonical NF-κB signaling via detection of NIK stabilization. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line overexpresses ED-tagged NIK (NF-kappa-B Inducing Kinase) protein as well as untagged OX40 receptor. Upon activation of the receptor by its ligand or an antibody, NIK is stabilized, allowing detection of EFC signal when treated with exogenous EA. The KILR U2OS PD-L2 cell line is a stable, engineered target cell line to measure direct cell death mediated by immunooncology treatments (e.g. checkpoint inhibitors, checkpoint agonists, bispecifics, CAR-T, and more) via Antibody Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC), Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC), and Antibody Dependent Cell Phagocytosis (ADCP). This product uses EFC technology. The cell line overexpresses a ProLabel- tagged housekeeping gene. Upon effector cells-mediated cell lysis, ProLabel is released to the media, where EA in the detection kit produces an EFC signal proportional to the level of ProLabel released. This allows for calculation of percent lysis of the KILR cell line. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
