A patient-derived next-generation cancer model generated by the Human Cancer Models Initiative (HCMI). HCM-BROD-0011-C71 (ATCC No. PDM-18) was isolated from primary glioblastoma of brain tissue. This tumor-derived model can be used in basic research and pharmacological screening applications. Data for the parental tumor and the tumor-derived organoid models are available at the GDC. Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae strain 1100975 is a whole-genome sequenced bacterium that was isolated from a respiratory sample. This strain is resistant to ertapenem, doripenem, imipenem, and meropenem and was confirmed by PCR to contain the blaNDM gene. The strain can be used in antimicrobial resistance research, drug development, infectious disease research, and respiratory disease research.
