siGENOME Non-Targeting siRNA Control Pools are highly functional, chemically synthesized, and mostly unmodified negative control siRNA duplexes for experiments in human mouse and rat cells. siGENOME Non-Targeting Control Pools are each a pool of four siRNAs, allowing the effective concentration of each siRNA to be reduced, and thus further minimize off-target effects. siGENOME Non-Targeting Control siRNAs were designed to have a minimum of 4 mismatches to all human, mouse and rat genes, and confirmed to have minimal targeting by genomewide microarray analysis. siGENOME Non-Targeting Pool #1 is comprised of Non-Targeting siRNAs #1 through 4.
