Invivogen Quanti-Luc, Luciferase Reporter Gene Assay and Transfection System
Quanti-Luc is a luciferase reporter gene assay system from InvivoGen used to study gene expression. It contains a luciferase reporter gene under the control of an NF-κB-inducible ELAM-1 promoter that allows real-time monitoring of NF-κB activation. This kit includes a HEK-Blue Null1 cell line that stably expresses the Quanti-Luc reporter construct. When NF-κB is activated, the luciferase gene is expressed, allowing quantification of NF-κB activation by measuring luciferase activity with Quanti-Luc reagent. This assay provides a fast, sensitive system to monitor NF-κB activation and screen immunomodulatory compounds.
