STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Mouse Pan-ILC Enrichment Kit, For processing: 1 x 10^9 cells
This product is designed to enrich group 1, 2 and 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC1, ILC2 and ILC3s) from single-cell suspensions of mouse tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with biotinylated antibodies directed against non-ILCs and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles (RapidSpheres™). Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Unwanted cells remain in the tube as desired cells are simply poured off into a new tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry and cell sorting.

STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit without CD16 Depletion, For processing: 1 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit without CD16 Depletion is designed to isolate monocytes and CD14+CD16+ monocytes from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. The CD14+CD16+ subset of monocytes (~10% in blood of healthy individuals) has characteristics of tissue macrophages and expands greatly in acute and chronic inflammatory disease. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-monocyte cells and magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. The labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. For applications in which removal of all CD16+ cells is desired, we recommend the EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit (/products/easysep-human-monocyte-isolation-kit.html) (Catalog #19359), which contains anti-CD16.
STEMCELL Technologies RosetteSep™ Human Bone Marrow Progenitor Cell Pre-Enrichment Cocktail, For processing: 40 mL bone marrow processed
The RosetteSep™ Human Bone Marrow Progenitor Cell Pre-Enrichment Cocktail is designed to pre-enrich progenitor cells by removing lineage-specific cells from whole bone marrow by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD3, CD11b, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD56, CD66b and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as Lymphoprep™ (Catalog #07801), the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The pre-enriched progenitor cells are present as an enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium.

The EasySep™ Human CD33 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD33+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow, or from nucleated cells prepared by density separation with RosetteSep™ DM-M density medium (Catalog #15725) by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD33 antigen is expressed on cells of the myeloid lineage.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human CD33 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18257) for even faster cell isolations.

The EasySep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Kit II without CD43 Depletion is designed to isolate B cells by negative selection from fresh or previously frozen PBMCs of individuals with B cell leukemia or lymphoma, or other disease states in which B cells may express CD43. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles.
