This kit concentrates dilute solutions of proteins from small volumes of urine using a rapid and convenient spin column. This kit simultaneously removes salts while concentrating dilute urine proteins ready for downstream proteomic applications including SDS-PAGE, 2D Gels, MALDI-TOF, LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, whole protein mass spectrometry and protein microarrays. Since there is no molecular weight cutoff with this spin column all sizes of proteins can be concentrated and desalted. Twelve samples can be processed in 20 minutes. IL33 binds to and signals through ST2 IL1R1 and its stimulation recruits MYD88, IRAK, IRAK4, and TRAF6, followed by phosphorylation of ERK1 MAPK3/ERK2 MAPK1, p38 MAPK14, and JNK.
