This medium is well established as adsorbent for albumin and interferon at laboratory and process scale.

  • Cibacron Blue 3G is covalently coupled to the base matrix allowing for low ligand leakage and high capacity
  • The blue dye binds proteins, such as albumin, interferon, lipoproteins and blood coagulation factors
  • The dye also binds enzymes including kinases, dehydrogenases, and most enzymes requiring adenyl-containing cofactors e.g. NAD+
  • Avg. particle size: 90µm
  • Volume: 50mL

Developed and tested in co-operation with large-scale manufacturers and is used in routine commercial production.
