Clone: hPRa 2 + hPRa 3
Isotype: IgG1/κ + IgG1/κ
Species Reactivity: Human, Horse, Sheep and Pig. Others not known.
Epitope: N-terminal half of human PgR
Immunogen: PgR from a human endometrial carcinoma (EnCa 101) grown in athymic mice
Molecular Weight: 116kDa (B-form) and 81kDa (A-form)
Positive Control: T47D or Breast CA
Cellular Localization: Nuclear
Recommended for:
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin)
- Western Blotting
- Immunofluorescence
