Apo-ONE Caspase Substrate Z-DEVD-R110, 100X; Apo-ONE Homogeneous Caspase Buffer

Highly sensitive, homogeneous fluorescent apoptosis assay for use in cultured cells and with purified caspase. Just add-mix-read.

Substrate and buffer solutions are combined to make the Apo-ONE Caspase-3/7 Reagent that is added directly to samples. The amount of fluorescent product generated is representative of the amount of active Caspase-3/7 present in the sample.

  • May be used with purified enzyme preparations, cell extracts, or cultures of adherent, suspension, or primary cells; compatible with use in cuvets and 96- or 384-well plates
  • Simple “add, mix, and measure” protocol and high assay sensitivity decreases time to result; requires fewer cells than comparable caspase assays
  • Single reagent addition format is compatible with high-throughput applications
  • Apo-ONE Homogeneous Caspase-3/7 Buffer is also available separately
