Electron Microscopy Sciences hybex™ Media Storage Bottles 1L, GL45 Cap, Blue
Reusable media bottles manufactured from high quality, borosilicate 3.3 glass. They feature superior chemical resistance and are ideal for the storage of reagents, culture media, biological fluids and many other aqueous and nonaqueous solutions.
All hybex bottles have permanent white enamel graduations for volume measurment, along with a white identification box for coding or marking.
With a low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3), these bottles can withstand temperatures from -70 to 500 deg C. This allows for repeated use in freezers, microwaves, autoclaves and dry heat sterilization chambers.

All stainless parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel electropolished to a 20Ra or better finish. The silicone tubing is peroxide cured and meets 21 CFR 177.2600 material specifications.Assembled, the media bottle with siphon assembly allows the user to create precisely the desired dip tube angle to retrieve virtually all of the contents of fluid from the bottle.

High Cell Density (3~5x10(9) Cells/Bottle).BelloCell-500A is designed to remove the lid on the matrix basket allowing for easier collection of the carriers. Inverting the bottle, carriers fall into the cap and provide special functions such as cell seeding, virus infection, transfection, transduction, and cell harvest (solid screw cap is provided for this purpose).
