Foxx Life Sciences’ VersaCaps and adapters allow users to easily customize carboys and Heavy Duty Vacuum Bottles for a variety of applications. VersaCap adapters are available with a variety of hose barb sizes and configurations, including molded in hose barbs and quick-connect hose barbs. VersaCaps are leakproof, and feature replaceable platinum-cured silicone gaskets, as well as large finger and hand grips for easy loosening and tightening. The Bioprocess adapter is compatible with custom closures that provide closed systems designed for fluid transfer. This is compatible with Saint-Gobain’s EZ TOP® Container Closures with C-FLEX® tubing. EZ TOP® and C-FLEX® are registered trademarks of Saint-Gobain. All VersaCaps and adapters are molded from autoclavable polypropylene, and are available in industry-standard 53B, 83B, and wide-mouth 120 mm sizes. The recommended autoclaving cycle is 20 minutes at 15 PSI and 121°C.

The OTAL foot pump with hose and stopcock is a flexible and space-saving pump. Unlike conventional pumps, the container does not have to be placed or held under the discharge elbow. Instead, the flexible 1.5 meter (4.92 ft.) hose can simply be routed to the container, allowing greater flexibility in positioning the container.
The OTAL foot pump is equipped with a flexible discharge hose made of PVC and a stopcock made of PP/PE. The delivery tubes are made of PP. The discharge hose can be shortened or replaced if necessary.
The stopcock enables good dosing. It also prevents unintentional run-on of the liquid.

Eliminate pouring of high valued products through this leak-proof aseptic system. Flexible system is designed with closures that fit bottles or carboys with 53mm, 83mm, and 120mm closures. Tubing manufactured from high purity silicone. Accept additional fluid transfer components such as aseptic connectors and air vent filters. All components are autoclavable. VersaCap is made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121C (250F) for 20 minutes.
