Sealing Film, 2 mil Blue PTFE, 96-Well Pattern. 96-Well Pattern Blue Sealing Tape is adhesive-free around the 96 wells preventing the tacky/sticky adhesive glue from adhering to plastic pipette tips or metal probes. This advanced adhesive is solvent free. Solvent-free adhesive adheres to polypropylene, polystyrene, and polycarbonate materials. PTFE film is compatible with aqueous solutions and organic solvents. Excellent chemical resistance, resistant to DMSO. Functional temperatures range: -80°C to +120°C.

Made with 4.4 mil polyethylene film with an FDA approved non cytotoxic acrylic adhesive, Titer-Tops is a product that is ideal for preventing the evaporation of samples, the contamination of well to well, and the spillage of samples. The film is pre-cut in 6" x 3.25" rectangular shapes with a paper liner. This product is able to withstand chemicals and thermal conditions. Its adhesive is waterproof, solvent resistant, and suitable with all plastic microtiter plates. This is also UV transparent to 250nm. It is sold in a pack of 100.

The smaller dimensions and chamfered corners result in no plate overhang for robotics applications; universal fit for use with all plate types (e.g. raised-rim and non-skirted). Certified DNase- & RNase- free. Recommended for -80°C long-term storage. Excellent chemical resistance (e.g. DMSO). Specially formulated adhesive provides an excellent seal to minimize evaporation and well-to-well contamination. 1.9mil thick aluminum foil removes easily without tearing and allows for visual verification of the seal’s security around each well. Pierceable with a pipet tip for direct sample recovery. Not recommended for PCR.
