Avantor ACE HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 A Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs. Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (including C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-HL, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil) - Note C18-HL is 95 A. Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in 3, 5 and 10 um particle sizes and a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including nano, capillary, microbore, analytical, semi-preparative and preparative formats. All Avantor ACE columns are known to deliver excellent peak shape and verified batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 275 bar HPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE HPLC guard columns are available for all 3.0 and 5.0 um particle sizes across 2.1 mm to 4.6 mm column ID - Note: C0001 male/male union is needed to connect guard holder (H0001) to the analytical column. Waters Corp Waters Column, Symmetry Shield RP8, 3.5 μm, 4.6 mm ID x 100 mm
These reversed-phase columns feature Waters’ patented embedded polar group technology, which “shields” the silica’s residual silanol surface from highly basic analytes. The SymmetryShield RP8 column significantly improves peak shape and resolution due to reduced silanol activity.

A standard EXP™2 Stem Trap Kit includes (1) EXP™2 Stem Holder and (3) packed stems. Specialized features, patented technology, precision engineering and state-of-the-art manufacturing make the new EXP2 Stem Trap an unbeatable choice for ultra high-pressure trapping applications. Its slim architecture allows it to easily fit into crowded instrument compartments or to connect directly to tightly-spaced injection ports. When tightened by hand, the EXP2 Stem Trap seals to 8,700+ psi. Additionally, the product can be wrench tightened to 20,000+ psi (1,400+ bar). The unique packed floating stem installs directly into any 10-32 port and automatically adjusts to provide a perfect ZDV connection. The replacement stems are low volume/ low-dispersion, intended for many repeat uses and is available with various bed volume and custom packing options. This product is recommended for nano flow applications.

Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column GP-C8, 5 µm, 120 Å, 10 x 50 mm
GP-C8 phase is synthesized with monomeric and fully endcapped chemistry. The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase. GP-C8 phase is suitable for separating compounds with a wide range of hydrophobicity. It is highly recommended for separating the compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 phases.
