Measures VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) and Formaldehyde concentrations in real-time. Fast response time, compact, easy-to-carry, and excellent for checking the indoor air quality of homes, offices, factories, hotels, schools and other indoor environments. Potential sources for VOCs include paints, finishes, adhesives, cigarette smoke, pesticides, personal care products, car exhaust, new furnishings, wall coverings, household cleansers, and cooking fuels. Chemicals include: Acetone, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Xylene, 1,3-butadiene, Tetrachloroethene, Hydrogen Sulfide, Ammonia, Toluene, Benzene, Methylene Chloride, Perchloroethylene, and MTBE.

Results you can trust in monitoring microbial air quality. Programmable sampling delay up to 59 minutes eliminating remote control devices. Use standard 100mm Petri dishes. The MAS 100 was developed on the Andersen Air Sampler Principle with collection apertures that correspond to Andersen Level 5 for excellent recovery of viable particles as small as 1m. All models include a built-in calibration reminder that can be set between 1 and 12 months, and calibration is made easy with the new digital anemometer 39182-82 (sold separately). Internal software is easily accessed and controlled using single touch yes or no responses and pre-programmed volumes assure reproducible results. Air flow is 100 liters/minute. The unit and lid cover are both made of anodized aluminum and the lids are autoclavable. Power is supplied via NiMH rechargeable batteries. The display is alpha-numeric LCD, 16 digits with real time and date.

The Purity Tester consists of a caustic reservoir and calibrated absorption burette mounted to a PVC polished frame. The reservoir and burette are held to the frame with two neoprene covered mounting bands that are adjustable from the rear side of the frame. The absorption burettes are available in five different calibrations, with the standard burette graduated in tenths of one percent, the total being one percent of the volume of the burette. The caustic reservoir (10100) has a line indicating the level to which caustic solution should be added, which volume is slightly in excess of the capacity of the absorption burette.
