PFA Coated Stainless Steel Thermocouple: 1/4" Diameter x 26" Long, Type "K", Fits Reactor Capacity: 10L-20L. Thermocouples for use with Chemglass process reactors. Available in both ¿T¿ (blue connections) and ¿K¿ (yellow connections). The detachable thermocouples are for direct insertion in the reactors using a CG-1048-A or CG-1042-E thermocouple adapter, while the 4¿ long Hastelloy C-276 style is for use with the CG-1971 baffles and adapters. Detachable type thermocouples have a standard male plug (OST) and require a coiled extension cord for connection to the CG-3498 temperature monitor. The 4¿ long Hastelloy C-276 thermocouples are supplied with a 4ft FEP insulated cord having a standard male plug (OST).PLEASE NOTE: THE 1/2¿ DIAMETER PROBES HAVE A TRANSITION TO 6¿ OF PTFE LEADS AND ARE CLEAR FEP PTFE COATED. Maximum Probe Temperature Based on Coating- FEP is 200¿C and the Black PFA is 250¿C

Triple Display Digital Thermometer simultaneously shows the current, minimum, and maximum temperatures and updates continuously. An audible alarm will sound when the temperature rises above or goes below the set temperatures. The minimum/maximum feature monitors critical temperature for any period of time, such as overnight or weekend. Reset buttons on front panel. Each thermometer is serialized and traceable to NIST.The thermometer probe is housed in an unbreakable plastic bottle or vial filled with a Bio-Safe Glycol / Water or Sand buffering media which maintains the thermometer reading when the instrument door is opened. The thermometer and the bottle housing the probe have dual magnets allowing attachment to doors or walls of the instrument. Other features include a flip-open stand, wall mounting key hole, and supplied with a AAA alkaline battery. The instrument is �C and �F switchable.

These general purpose probes are designed for use with liquids, gases and semisolids. The small-diameter probes provide quick readings in hard to reach areas. Response Time: 1.7 seconds or greater. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) handles provide a light weight design for ease of use along with durability. Probe handles feature a strain relief spring that protects the cable connection against damage due to repeated flexing and tugging. Each probe comes with color coded ANSI miniconnectors: type J-black, type K-yellow, type T-blue, and type E-purple.
