Biotium 10X Fish Gelatin Blocking Agent
10X Fish Gelatin Blocking Agent is a solution of cold water fish skin gelatin that can be added to blocking buffers to minimize non-specific antibody binding in immunodetection procedures such as Western Blotting and immunostaining. Unlike BSA or milk, fish gelatin does not contain IgG or serum proteins that could cross-react with mammalian antibodies. Fish gelatin can be used to block non-specific binding sites on positively charged nylon or PVDF membranes or used for blocking and dilution of antibodies during immunostaining procedures.

Nuclear Decloaker is a Tris buffer heat retrieval solution, pH 9.5. It is specially designed for nuclear antigens including ER, PR, Ki-67, p53, cyclin D1, TdT and TTF-1.
