Agitator, PTFE, 10mm, Four Blade, 50mm Dia, Fits Shaft Size 10mm, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 10mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2075-B. Available in 45¿, 60¿ and 90¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ and 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the stirrer shaft and locks onto shaft with a glass filled TFE screw.

Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 29/42 Inner Joint. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing designed for use in moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. The saddle o-ring provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction, while allowing for the vacuum tight seal. Design of the bearing permits replacement of the saddle o-ring at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

10mm Safety Collar, Nylon. Designed to be placed on the stirrer shaft directly above the bearing. The collar provides protection against the stirrer shaft dropping and hitting the bottom of the vessel. The collar also acts as a dust cover and permits the stirrer to be positioned off the bottom of the vessel. Supplied complete with one each CG-2049 PTFE gasket of the corresponding size.

10mm Chem-Vac Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, 45/50 Joint Size. Chem-Vac PTFE stirrer bearing provides a VACUUM TIGHT FLAKE-FREE SEAL. Two versions of the bearing are available, the standard series for 2L and smaller vessel capacities and the stabilizer series that incorporates a PEEK/PTFE stabilizing bushing that is molded to the lower portion of the inner joint. The stabilizer greatly reduces stirrer shaft whip on larger vessels. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, Glass filled polypropylene screw cap, PEEK Compression spring, PEEK/PTFE sleeve and a glass filled polypropylene loosening nut. The polymer blend sleeve provides a long lasting seal for use up to 500 RPM. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. PLEASE NOTE: PTFE STIRRER SHAFTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH THIS BEARING.

10mm Stirring Shaft, Chem-Stir, Polished, For Use With 300mL-500mL Flasks, 405mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 10mm OD precision ground and polished stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. For use with PTFE bearings such as the CG-2077. Polished shaft will not cause abrasion to the sealing surfaces of the PTFE bearing, thereby allowing a vacuum tight seal. Uses the same PTFE nut and bolt blade attachment method as the CG-2074 ground shaft.
