The Slide Staining Tray / Moisture Chamber is perfect for keeping your slides well separated and maintaining moisture. The tray is divided into 10 individual compartments with 1/2" empty space between compartments. Eight barrier dividers are placed into empty spaces between compartments when lid is closed for complete isolation. Slides are placed on 4 pedestal posts to raise the surface above the water below. The trays are stackable and made of heavy duty polystyrene. The black slide staining tray chamber is effective for for light sensitive chemistry. Dimensions: 8 1/4" x 7" x 1 1/4". The 3 Well Chamber, removable is a removable silicone chamber, mounted on a glass slide, for cell culture and immunofluorescence staining. It allows the use of standard cultivation, staining and mounting techniques with coverslip sealing. After mounting the glass slide with a coverslip, it is ready for the use with upright and inverted microscopes, as well as for long term storage. Suitable 24 mm×60 mm coverslips are provided by ibidi (Cat.# 10811). The special geometry of the 3 Well Chamber, removable provides a structure inside each well, forming a round inner well. The option of placing a round coverslip (Cat.# 10815) into the well allows the user to fill the inner well exclusively, by minimizing the volume and eliminating the meniscus.
