TED-347 is an irreversible, covalent, allosteric inhibitor of the YAP-TEAD protein-protein interaction that selectively modifies Cys-367 in TEAD4. It has an EC50 of 5.9 μM (TEAD4·Yap1), blocks TEAD transcriptional activity, and has demonstrated antiproliferative activity in cell-based cancer models. For research use only.
- Potent, irreversible covalent inhibitor of YAP-TEAD interaction.
- Blocks TEAD transcriptional activity in biochemical and cellular assays.
- Demonstrated antiproliferative effects in glioblastoma cell studies.
- High purity (~99.0%) suitable for biochemical and cellular research.
- Soluble in DMSO and characterized for common in vivo formulations.
- Stable when stored as powder at recommended cold temperatures.
- Available in milligram pack sizes including 50 mg and as solution formats.
