This kit includes 8 i5 index primers and 12 i7 index primers for dual indexing. Additional NEBNext Multiplex Oligos products are available for different indexing strategies.

The kit enables highly sensitive detection and amplification in qPCR/RT-qPCR, ddPCR applications and is compatible with other downstream applications such as sequencing/NGS. Carrier RNA is included as a co-precipitant in the workflow to enhance the recovery of low amounts of viral RNA.
