PAN-Biotech Panserin 293A, Serum-free medium for HEK-Cells in adherent culture, w: L-Glutamine. QUANTITY: 2 x 500 ml. DESCRIPTION: Panserin 293A is a ready-to-use medium for the serum-free cultivation of HEK293 cells (Human Embryonic Kidney) in adherent culture. Serum-containing medium can be replaced directly. Panserin 293A promotes cell attachment and high cell growth rates, and has been used for the expression of recombinant proteins and the proliferation of AVVs (Adeno-associated virus vectors) and LVVs (lentiviral vectors). The efficient serum-free cultivation can be supported by higher seeding densities. COMPOSITION: Based on DMEM, Panserin 293A contains additional trace elements, proteins, cholesterol, lipids, vitamins and hormones. The total content of proteins and animal-derived components is lower than 0.2% w/v.

Cell culture medium for an optimal and standardized culture of human bronchial epithelial cells at the air-liquid interface (ALI).
ATHENA ES Superior Broth™
Superior Broth™, Superior Prime Broth™ and new Superior Primeolate™, are proprietary media formulations developed by AthenaES™ for improved expression of recombinant proteins in E. coli. The formulations are complex, supplying a nitrogen source, vitamins, and moderate glucose levels. The media are buffered at pH 7.2 ± 0.2 to prevent acidification of the medium during metabolism of the glucose. Expression of recombinant proteins should be induced at cell densities twice that of LB Broth. Cell yields are typically about 3 to 4 times that of LB Broth. Superior Broth™ shows the highest plasmid copy numbers among the AthenaES™ family of media. This medium is an excellent choice for large-scale plasmid preparations. Biomass yields will depend on the process and the strain employed.
