Parallel measurement of ALAT and ASAT is recommended to distinguish liver from heart or skeletal muscle damages. Method: Optimized UV-test according to IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine). The reagent has a wide measuring range from 1.2 U/L to 600 U/L and very good precision.
