Research Products International Corp SOB Broth, 500 Grams
SOB Broth is recommended for use in cultivation of recombinant strains of E. Coli. It is a nutritionally rich growth medium for use in the preparation and transformation of competent cells.
Add 28 grams of Broth in 1 liter of distilled water. Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.

Research Products International Corp LB Broth Powder [Lennox L Broth], 2 Kilograms
For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.
Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.

Yeast Extract: 5 g/L
Research Products International Corp YPD Agar, 1 Gram Capsules, 1 Kilogram
Mix 65 capsules in one liter distilled water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boil for one minute to dissolve completely. Distribute and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Dissolve 15.0 g in 1 liter of distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.

Nutritionally enriched medium for the growth of recombinant strains of E. Coli and in the preparation and transformation of competent cells.
2XYT Broth packaged in convenient ready to use capsules. Each capsule contains 15.5 g 2XYT Broth.
Simply add 2 capsules to one liter distilled water and heat until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Final pH at 25°C: 6.8-7.2.
