Contamination of RNA, polysaccharides and proteoglycans has been effectively eliminated.

The DNA Clean & Concentrator-100 (DCC-100) is designed for the rapid desalting and purification of up to 100 µg of high quality DNA from PCR, large format restriction endonuclease digestions, or cell-free lysates.
