New England Biolabs, Inc. Monarch® Spin RNA Cleanup Kit (50 ug) - 10 preps
The Monarch Spin RNA Cleanup Kit (50 ug) rapidly and reliably purifies up to 50 ug of concentrated, high-quality RNA (> 25 nt) from enzymatic reactions including labeling, capping, in vitro transcription (IVT) and DNase I treatment. This kit utilizes a bind/wash/elute workflow with minimal incubation and spin times. Our unique column design helps ensure zero buffer retention and no carryover of contaminants, enabling elution of sample in volumes as low as 20 ul. Unwanted NTPs and short RNA fragments are removed, ensuring highly pure RNA transcripts following IVT/RNA synthesis. Eluted RNA is ready for use in downstream applications including RT-PCR, RNA library prep for NGS and RNA labeling. The Quick-RNA Miniprep Plus Kit is designed for the easy, reliable, and rapid isolation of DNA-free RNA from cells, all tissue types, whole blood, and biological fluids. The provided DNA/RNA Shield stabilizes samples, allowing them to be stored without the need for immediate freezing or processing for up to one month. Furthermore, DNA/RNA Shield™ inactivates RNases as well as microbial pathogens (viruses, bacteria, etc.). The procedure combines a unique buffer system with Zymo-Spin Column technology to yield high quality total RNA (including small RNAs 17-200 nt). Simply add DNA/RNA Shield and Proteinase K to extract total RNA from any tissue, then purify the RNA using the Zymo-Spin Column.
