The PathHunter F2RL3 (PAR4) eXpress kit provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This kit assesses ligand (e.g. serine proteases) based activation of F2RL3 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged F2RL3 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of F2RL3 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. eXpress kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, detection reagent, and assay plates. The HitHunter cGMP Assay is a detection kit offering a robust, sensitive and easy-to-use assay to measure intracellular cGMP levels. This product uses EFC technology, and contains ED-tagged cGMP, anti-cGMP antibody, and pure EA. Upon application to a cell which contains endogenous, untagged cGMP, the anti-cGMP antibody will be sequestered by binding to this untagged cGMP, allowing for EFC between the tagged cGMP and soluble EA. This will produce a proportional level of chemiluminescent signal. This kit may be used with Eurofins DiscoverX cell lines as well as cell lines from other sources.
