The FLIPR Calcium 6-QF Express Kit from Molecular Devices is a fluorescence-based, homogeneous calcium indicator assay designed for high-throughput intracellular calcium flux screening. The QF formulation supports quench-sensitive assays and multiplexed workflows, and the Express Kit supplies reagent vials sufficient for multiple microplates in 96-, 384-, and 1536-well formats.

This kit uses EFC technology to measure ligand-induced internalization of CHRM1 via detection of localization to the early endosome. The included cell line overexpresses EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2 as well as a ProLink-tagged early endosome protein and untagged CHRM1.
