Tribioscience Ethanol Colorimetric Assay Kit provides a rapid, simple, reproducible, and sensitive tool for assay ethanol in plasma, serum, urine, and other bio-samples. The ethanol uses a single wording reagent to combine the alcohol oxidase reaction and color reaction into one step. The change in color intensity of the reaction product at 570 nm or fluorescence intensity at λex/em = 530/585 nm is directly proportional to ethanol concentration in the sample. The fluorometric assay is more sensitive than the colorimetric assay.
TRIBIOSCIENCE INC Cyclic GMP Colorimetric Activity Assay
This assay kit is a competition enzyme-linked immunoassay designed to measure cGMP levels in cells or tissues. An anti-rabbit IgG was pre-coated onto a microplate. The cGMP in test sample competes with cGMP-HRP for binding to an anti-cGMP rabbit monoclonal antibody. Following the incubation and wash step, an ultra-sensitive substrate TMB is added for color development. Because of the competitive nature of this assay, the color intensity is inversely proportional to the quantity of sample cGMP levels. Measurement of absorbance using the cGMP Standard allows calculating the absolute amount of cGMP in a sample. This assay provides a flexible, accurate, simple, and time-saving approach for cGMP detection.

The Tribioscience HDAC Colorimetric Assay Kit provides a convenient, sensitive, and simple approach to quantify HDAC activity from various sources of enzyme using a colorimetric substrate. In HDAC assay, an acetylated substrate is incubated with HDAC-containing samples. Deacetylation of substrate sensitizes it in presence of HDAC developer, generates the colorimetric substrate, which can be detected at OD395nm. The substrate included in the kit is cell-permeable, and the assay can measure HDAC activity directly in cell culture in a 96-well plate without a time-consuming cell extraction step. The kit also can be used for HTS of HDAC inhibitors with extracts or purified enzymes.
