The EasySep™ Human Naïve Pan T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate naïve pan T cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.
STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit II, For processing: 1 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD33+ and CD66b+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD33 and CD66b antigens are expressed on myeloid progenitors monocytes and granulocytes.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18653) for even faster cell isolations.
