IKK alpha + IKK beta Antibody (YA349) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting IKK alpha + IKK beta. IKKβ protein, a serine kinase, plays a pivotal role in the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway, activated by diverse stimuli such as inflammatory cytokines, bacterial or viral products, DNA damage, or cellular stresses. As a constituent of the canonical IKK complex, IKKβ contributes to the conventional NF-kappa-B activation pathway.
- Suitable for Western blot (1:500-1:1000)
- Suitable for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:100-1:500)
- Suitable for immunoprecipitation (assay dependent concentration)
- Targets inhibitors of NF-kappa-B for degradation
- Enables free NF-kappa-B nuclear translocation and gene activation
- Phosphorylates various signaling pathway components
- Influences diverse cellular processes and responses
