These Two Piece, "Male Nuts" are used to connect PEEK or Stainless Steel tubing in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. This fitting has a 7mm diameter knurled head, 11mm total length (top to bottom), 7mm Thread Length and requires a Double Cone Ferrule, sold separately. 2 Piece Male Nuts are often chosen because they can be used at slightly higher pressures compared to 1 Piece Nuts. The required, Single Coned Ferrules will swage tubing grip it and not spin as you turn the Nut. As Ferrules wear down, they need to be replaced. This Nut can be reused with new Ferrules.

These all PEEK "Male Nuts" are used to connect PEEK or Stainless Steel tubing in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. This Combihead Fitting has a partially knurled, rounded head for hand tightening and a "Flat" section of the head for using a wrench for a final quarter turn or to loosen the nut when it is tightly screwed into the fitting. This fitting has 12mm head, 22mm total length (top to bottom) with an 8mm thread length. The beveled inlet hole helps to make threading the tubing through the fitting easier. Color coded to help identify different users or columns while on an instrument.

Adapter, Outer Luer Joint to 20-400 GPI Thread. Adapter with outer luer joint provides a convenient way to connect solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges, tubes or syringes. The adapter provides for easier sample concentration and clean-up while reducing the chances of cross-contamination. Adapters are used for filtration directly into vials. There are three top configurations, with the bottom of all adapters having a 20-400 GPI thread for connection to vials using a CG-1318 Threaded Connector. Design incorporates a drip tube sealed within thread to prevent breakage and are supplied with a 2-1/2” PTFE delivery stem. Hose connection is 10mm OD at the largest serration. ADAPTERS ARE SUPPLIED WITH PTFE DELIVERY STEM.

This is one of our , "Male Nuts" used to connect PEEK or Stainless Steel tubing in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. This unique Fitting has a 12mm diameter knurled head that has a hexagonal part for wrenching that final quarter turn or for lossening the nut. The smaller, 8mm diameter head allows this fitting to be used inside instruments when space is limited. The 28mm total length (top to bottom) with a 14mm thread length allows for a an excellent, swaged connection.

Tubing must NOT be flanged (flangeless) and Ferrules are required to work properly which are sold separately. Delrin™ (Polyoxymethylene) material is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. It is excellent for use with HPLC solvents but is sensitive to both chlorine and acid hydrolysis.
