Adapter, Transfer, PTFE, 14/20 Inner to 13-425 Female Thread. Adapters simplify the transfer of powders/solids from flasks into vials. PTFE adapters have a knurled gripping ring at the top to facilitate removal of the adapter from the flask joint. Adapters are available to accommodate sample vials (GPI threads) and scintillation vials (22mm threads). Allows transfer of samples without exposure to air or moisture.Tapered interior of adapter prevents hold up.Reduces steps by transferring directly to a vial, no other tools are needed.Directions: Screw vial into the top of the transfer adapter. Lower Joint Adapter - 45/50 Lower Joint Adapter fits 31mm Stir Shafts, 2-3/8in. Our NEW mechanical seal bearing is the only design on the market that will permit you to use your current glass, metal or PTFE covered stir shaft. The design allows you to have the flexibility of vertical adjustment and still choose your agitator diameter and style. Bearing has a ferrule and locking nut to ensure that the seal rotates properly, and is supplied complete with a gold plated wrench. Lower joint adapters are supplied complete with perfluorinated o-rings and a loosening nut. PLEASE NOTE: BEARING BODY AND LOWER JOINT ADAPTER MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY.**MAX RPM WILL DEPEND ON SHAFT AND/OR AGITATOR TYPE, ALONG WITH ALIGNMENT OF MOTOR AND COUPLING. These all PEEK "Male Nuts" are used to connect PEEK or Stainless Steel tubing in the high pressures zones of HPLC systems. This Combihead Fitting has a partially knurled, rounded head for hand tightening and a "Flat" section of the head for using a wrench for a final quarter turn or to loosen the nut when it is tightly screwed into the fitting. This fitting has 12mm head, 22mm total length (top to bottom) with an 8mm thread length. The beveled inlet hole helps to make threading the tubing through the fitting easier. Color coded to help identify different users or columns while on an instrument.
