The cartridges are designed for rugged, reproducible, and ultra-fast on-line solid phase extraction (SPE). They contain 2.5 mg of a polymeric reversed-phase, weak cation exchange mixed-mode sorbent, optimized for selective sample preparation of strong bases and quaternary amines.

The OligoWorks SPE Macroplate is a 96-deepwell filter plate with 60 mg/well of OligoWorks WAX Sorbent. This polymeric mixed-mode sorbent performs solid phase extraction of oligonucleotides from biological matrices, providing enhanced cleanup, high recovery, and repeatability.
