The HSS C18 is a general-purpose C18 bonded phase column designed to provide superior peak shape for bases, increased retention compared to XBridge C18 columns, and exceptional column lifetimes at low pH. The selectivity and retention of HSS C18 columns are similar to most modern, fully endcapped, high-coverage silica-based C18 columns.

Built upon proven Fused-Core technology for speed and efficiency, the HALO PCS column products are positively charged surface chemistries designed to deliver improved peak shapes for basic compounds observed with standard Phenyl-Hexyl chemistry. Ideal for use with low ionic strength mobile phases, HALO PCS maintains peak symmetry at higher loading capacities and provides alternate selectivities from Phenyl-Hexyl bonded phases. The columns are optimized to deliver performance for reproducible, high efficiency LC and LCMS separations.

The HALO OLIGO C18 incorporates surface modified organo-silane technology for alkaline resistance, resulting in excellent stability under elevated pH operating conditions common in oligonucleotide separation methods.
