SRT-C SEC phase, developed based on innovative surface coating technology, comprises of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometer thick film chemically bonded to high purity and mechanically stabilized silica. SRT-C, uses lay-down monolayer on porous silica as oppose to SRT of stand-up monolayer, offers ideal phase chemistry for hydrophobic samples like insulin, membrane protein monoclonal antibodies derivatized with polymer branches (polypeptide or PEG) separation.

Our unique bonding chemistry, coupled with the maximized bonding density, allows SRT-10 and SRT-10C SEC phases to provide high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. SRT-10 and SRT-10C packings have large pore volume, resulting in high separation resolution. Typical applications for SRT-10 and SRT-10C columns include separation and detection of biological molecules and water-soluble polymers in aqueous buffers.

Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column Carbomix H-NP10, 5% Crosslinkage, 7.8 x 300 mm
Carbomix phases are composed of spherical, low cross-linking polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with their surfaces modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H), followed by chelating of metal ions of calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+) or potassium (K+) to form Carbomix Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, K-NP phases, respectively. The PS/DVB support has cross-linking degree of 5%, 8% and 10% with the particle sizes of 5 and 10 µm. The uniform particle size adds the benefit of high separation efficiency to Carbomix. Carbomix resins have been specifically designed for high resolution separation of carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, and nucleic acids.
