Adenomatous Polyposis Coli (APC) is a protein with many cellular functions. It is a tumor suppressor and negative regulator of Wnt signaling. APC has roles in cell adhesion and cell migration. Mutations in APC are assuciated with several diseases. The adenomatous polyposis syndromes, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and Gardner's syndrome (GS), are characterized by numerous adenomatous polyps throughout the entire colon. These polyps invariably progress to colon cancer in addition to other extracolonic manifestations. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

This manual inline pipette controller was designed with an ergonomic grip and bulb for simple and precise operation. It is comfortable to hold and easy to use. With the "T" bar thumb lever, one can control the aspirating and dispensing speeds from serological pipettes from 1 to 100 ml in size.
To operate squeeze the bulb to create a vacuum to draw up fluid. Push the control lever backward (upward) to aspirate liquid through a pipette, or push the lever forward (downward) to dispense the liquid. A press of the central bulb on the unit blows out any remaining fluid if necessary.
Accommodates either glass or plastic serological or volumetric pipettes ranging from 1-100 ml. Includes a replaceable .45µm hydrophobic filter to protect your samples and internal components. Two additional nose cones (green, white) for easy identification keeps you organized. Polypropylene nozzle and silicone pipette adapter are autoclavable.
