PrimeSurface cultureware consists of ultra-low attachment (ULA) dishes are designed to promote scaffold-free, self-assembly spheroid formation with uniform size and shape. These plates are pre-coated with a unique ultra-hydrophilic polymer that facilitates spontaneous spheroid formation. Their high optical clarity makes them highly suitable for bright-field imaging and confocal microscopy. In addition to the commonly used 96-well U-bottom plates, spindle bottom and V-bottom 96-well plates are also available, allowing researchers to form aggregates required for specific cell types. For high-throughput screening (HTS) applications, 384-well plates are also available.

This CytoSoft product, Catalog Number 5143, has an elastic modulus of approximately 16 kPa in a standard flat-bottom 6-well plate.
