Grainger Block 96 X 0.2Ml Or One Pcr Plate
The Grainger Approved 96-Well 0.2 mL PCR Plate is made of clear polypropylene for visibility. It has 96 wells arranged in an 8x12 format for PCR reactions. The wells have a maximum volume of 200 μL. The plates have alphanumeric grid reference for easy sample tracking. The plates are free of DNase, RNase and human genomic DNA. They are non-sterile and disposable. The dimensions are 127 x 85 x 14 mm. These PCR plates are suitable for thermal cycling.

The Extract-N-Amp Blood PCR Kits contain all of the reagents necessary to rapidly extract host genomic DNA from whole blood and amplify targets of interest by PCR (fig. 1). This novel extraction system eliminates the need for any type of purification organic extraction centrifugation heating filtration or alcohol precipitation. The kit also includes a PCR ReadyMix(TM) specially formulated for amplification directly from the extract. This formulation uses an antibody based hot start for specific amplification.

Reaction strips include (8) 0.2mL tubes with ultra thin sidewalls and bottoms for more uniform and efficient temperature transfer, therefore reducing PCR reaction time in most 96-well V bottomed thermal cyclers such as MJ Research, Perkin Elmer Hybaid and others. They are more easily handled than single tubes. They will precisely fit standard well spacing and can also be used with 8-channel hand-held pipettors. All strips are molded of polypropylene under the most stringent conditions. Non-attached cap strips are available in dome or flat top designs and ensure a perfect closure during the whole thermal cycle. Cap strips are not included and have to be ordered separately, see listing below. Strips and cap strips are autoclavable. Sold in cases of 125.
