Clamps
Adjustable devices designed to securely hold two objects together or to hold an object in place; used with standard-taper and ball-and-socket joints, glass and tubing assemblies, and with ring stands. Available as plastic joint clips, stainless steel pinch clamps, and taper clips.
A laboratory clamp is an essential piece of equipment used to support and secure labware and other laboratory apparatus such as flasks, reaction vessels, tubing, thermometers, probes, columns, funnels, and overhead stirrers.
Some laboratory clamps consist of a shaft and boss head, secured with hand-tightened thumbscrews, knurled nuts, or wingnuts onto a supporting rod, stand or scaffold. They may also include two- or three-pronged, adjustable closing jaws designed for gripping objects safely and securely.
Laboratory clamps are constructed of metals such as stainless steel, nickel-plated zinc, plated brass or diecast aluminum alloy for enhanced chemical, heat, and corrosion resistance. However, some components such as the adjusting screws may be made of plastic, and the prongs may also be lined or covered with cork, plastic, glass-fiber, or rubber for enhanced grip with minimal damage or breakage.

Grainger Clamp Tube Rack Conical Bottles
The Grainger 14N125 is a 14 inch diameter, 3 blade, aluminum propeller for small aircraft with a 1 inch bore and adjustable pitch from 12 to 28 degrees. It has a right hand rotation and is intended for tractor configuration installation. The propeller is manufactured from heat treated aluminum alloy for strength and durability. Grainger Shim Assortment General Purp. Brass PK6
The Shim Assortment from Grainger is a set of shims made from stainless steel in a variety of thicknesses. The set includes 50 shims with thicknesses of 0.002", 0.003", 0.005", 0.007", 0.010", 0.015", and 0.020". The shims have a hardness of Rockwell B85 and can withstand temperatures up to 1600°F. They are designed for precision leveling, spacing, and aligning of machinery and equipment. The shims measure 1/2" x 2" with a hole size of 1/4". This versatile set provides an assortment of shim thicknesses for leveling applications.
